Personal Learning Environments (PLE).

PLE is the acronym for Personal Learning Environment.

PLE: STRUCTURE

PLE can be structured into the following components:

RESOURCES:

These are the sources of information from which you feed and learn. Example: articles, videos, lectures, digital books, blogs, websites.

TOOLS:

Are the applications you use to learn, the containers where you find resources. Example: Google, you tobe, Gmail, internet, WI FI, Blogger, Wordpress.

PERSONAL NETWORKS AND APPLICATION IN EMPLOYMENT:

They are the people with whom we maintain contact and exchange information.

Conclusions

The PLE represents an evolution in the way individuals relate to knowledge. It promotes more autonomous, meaningful and connected learning, making efficient use of available digital tools. Adopting a PLE approach allows me as a professional to keep myself updated, adapt to changes in the work environment and continue to grow intellectually.
